Dr. Heinz-Bodo Führ focuses primarily on employment and labor law, drawing from a rich source of legal and managerial experience gained in numerous positions in senior management and as senior counsel.

For more than 12 years, Dr. Führ served as the general counsel of a large subsidiary of the international chemical group Hoechst AG before he was appointed head of strategic planning, a position he held over several years. Thereafter, Dr. Führ was called to the headquarters of Hoechst AG Frankfurt, where he served in leading positions in the human resources as well as in the corporate finance departments. During this time, he represented Hoechst AG as a member of the working group "Science and Practice" of the German Society for Human Resources Management (Arbeitskreis Wissenschaft und Praxis der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Personalführung), as well as at the section for labor law and social law of the European Roundtable, an organization of the 50 largest companies in Europe.

Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Dr. Führ was the chief financial officer of the prestigious business and management school USW Schloss Gracht, an institution funded by many German blue chip companies.
