Ms. Zhouyi Ge advises on compliance and regulatory matters, with a focus on anti-corruption, privacy and cybersecurity. She assists clients with internal and government investigations, designing corporate compliance programs, and conducting compliance due diligence. Ms. Ge also has experience in cross-border litigation and arbitration, including matters relating to product liability, intellectual property and trade secrets. Ms. Ge advises clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences and healthcare, industrial manufacturing, and energy.
Before joining Arnold & Porter, Ms. Ge has worked as an attorney in a leading Chinese law firm for several years. Ms. Ge is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and is fluent in English.
