Seth Grantier is an attorney in the firm's general litigation group and represents clients in various fields, including the pharmaceutical, technology, and financial service industries. Mr. Grantier's practice involves a diverse range of matters from white collar defense and internal investigations to international debt restructuring and complex commercial disputes. Through this work, Mr. Grantier has gained experience in varying aspects of the litigation and investigation processes including developing case strategies, coordinating with in-house legal departments, organizing large-scale document collections and reviews, conducting interviews, and preparing for trial.
Mr. Grantier also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in federal criminal defense and immigration matters. Such work has included cooperation with legal services organizations and nonprofit institutions across New York City.
Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Mr. Grantier attended Brooklyn Law School where he was a member of the Moot Court and Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Societies and served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Law and Policy. Mr. Grantier earned his BS in Secondary Social Studies Education from Pennsylvania State University and taught English before becoming an attorney.
