Josie Greener has experience acting on a wide range of complex commercial litigation and other dispute resolution matters, including breach of contract actions, shareholder and private equity disputes, s. 994 unfair prejudice petitions, one of the largest follow-on damages actions to progress to trial in the UK, and several large-scale pieces of litigation in the financial services and construction sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Greener trained and worked in the dispute resolution department at the London office of a leading international firm.
- Minority shareholder in a major, high-value unfair prejudice shareholder dispute relating to the affairs of the holding company of the well-known Radisson Edwardian Hotel chain in the London High Court. Successfully obtained buyout order against majority holders.
