Ali Haghighi assists a range of healthcare and life sciences clients on compliance, enforcement, and regulatory matters. His clients include pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, clinical laboratories, physician practice groups and professional societies. His practice focuses primarily on counseling pharmaceutical manufacturers on participation in government health care programs, including Medicaid, Medicare and the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
Mr. Haghighi graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2016. During law school, he served on the managing board of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology. Mr. Haghighi was awarded the Bracewell & Giuliani Best Brief Award for composing the most outstanding brief in his legal research and writing class.
