Ben Halbig is a litigator who has represented clients in a broad range of disputes in state and federal courts. He has experience in complex business disputes and litigation involving breaches of commercial contracts, trade secrets, breaches of fiduciary duties, and attorney liability as well as products liability matters. Mr. Halbig also has experience representing companies in internal or governmental investigations. His clients have included automotive manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies as well as law firms and investment funds.
Mr. Halbig has also undertaken a variety of pro bono representation, including assisting prisoners seeking relief for grossly inadequate medical care and representing LGBT individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
