Giles Harvey has experience in a wide range of complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters. He has acted in disputes concerning the collapse of a large private wealth fund, follow-on damages actions, the rating of structured finance products, and natural gas production and pricing agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Harvey trained and worked in the dispute resolution department at the London office of a leading international firm.
