Cassandra Havens represents clients in intellectual property litigation matters, with a focus on patent litigation.
Ms. Havens graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law with a certificate from the Law and Technology Program. While in law school, Ms. Havens participated in the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic, where she researched copyright issues for nonfiction authors and drafted an educational guide that was published by her client. She also served as a Senior Annual Review Editor and Articles Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, where she published two Notes. Ms. Havens also worked as a research assistant for Distinguished Professor of Law Pamela Samuelson.
Ms. Havens was a summer associate at the firm in 2016.
