Danielle Henderson counsels private and public companies, private equity firms, and emerging growth companies on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, reorganizations, international strategic partnerships, portfolio company management, licensing agreements, and life science and biotech collaboration agreements.
Danielle represents clients in a number of fields, including the life sciences, pharmaceutical, energy, natural gas, telecommunications, technology, textile, fashion, cosmetic, and retail.
Prior to joining the firm, Danielle worked in the New York, NY and Princeton, NJ offices of other leading international law firms.
