David Huberman concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Huberman represents financial institutions, non-bank lenders, and private equity funds in the origination and restructuring of commercial real estate mortgages and mezzanine loans. He advises developers and institutional investors in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of commercial, retail, hospitality, condominium, and multifamily residential properties. Mr. Huberman's practice also includes representing loan sellers and buyers in secondary market transactions, including securitizations and repurchase facilities.
