Dr. Sebastian Jungermann advises clients regarding German and European competition and antitrust laws, including German, EU and multi-jurisdictional merger control proceedings, cartel proceedings, abuse-of-dominance proceedings, litigation, and compliance programs, as well as internal audits and contractual advice.
