Sara Kim’s practice focuses on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, investment management and regulatory matters, and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kim spent several years in the Compliance department of a NYSE-listed global alternative asset manager, where she helped oversee regulatory compliance matters across all of its business segments.
During this time, Ms. Kim attended and graduated from Fordham Law School, where she served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. Ms. Kim received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
Ms. Kim is fluent in Korean and is a member of the firm’s ACCORD affinity group for racially diverse lawyers. She is also active in the firm’s extensive pro bono practice.
