Joseph Klemme's practice focuses on commercial and mass tort litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Klemme served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nina Gershon of the United Stated District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Mr. Klemme earned his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he was an Articles Editor for the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. While at Columbia, he served as a research assistant for Professor Michael Gerrard, senior counsel to the firm. As a student, he also externed in the criminal division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, as well as the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General.
Mr. Klemme graduated with distinction from UC Berkeley, Phi Beta Kappa.
