Dana Koffman's practice covers a wide range of government contracts matters, including formation and administration, bid protest litigation, contract claims and appeals, regulatory compliance, investigations and audits, and mergers and acquisitions. She has advised contractors on suspension and debarment matters and subcontract negotiations and disputes. Ms. Koffman's practice also includes litigation under the Freedom of Information Act. Ms. Koffman has represented government contractors before the Government Accountability Office, boards of contract appeals, Court of Federal Claims, Federal Circuit, DC District Court, and various federal agencies.
Ms. Koffman maintains an active pro bono practice, including counseling a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable development and representing individual and institutional clients in successfully obtaining the 2012 preliminary injunction and 2014 permanent injunction against Pennsylvania's voter ID law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Koffman served as a law clerk to the Hon. Ronald S.W. Lew of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2010, where she served as an Executive Editor of The Southern California Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Ms. Koffman also served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Sandra S. Ikuta of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
