Caitlin Lackner focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and investment management. Ms. Lackner has experience representing a private equity fund manager in the negotiation of non-disclosure agreements, as well as representing sponsors of private equity and real estate funds with respect to the structuring, formation, and operation of such fund products and related regulations.
Ms. Lackner received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change and the Co-Chair of the Penn Law Women's Association. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame, where she studied Sociology and Art History.
