Tom Larsen is a retired partner who focused his practice on real estate related matters for family-owned businesses. Mr. Larsen has represented clients in connection with resolution of joint venture disputes, complex restructurings, and matters involving aggregate and gold mining operations, oil and gas rights, rice milling, restaurants, vineyards, hotels, and multifamily and single-family residential investments.

He has been a visiting lecturer at Stanford Law School and has served on the faculty of the Practising Law Institute. While in law school, Mr. Larsen was Editor-in-Chief of Environmental Affairs and he served in the office of the General Counsel of the Environmental Protection Agency in 1976-1977.

Mr. Larsen is a member of Lambda Alpha International, an honorary land economics society. He is an AV-rated attorney, a peer-awarded honor given by Martindale-Hubbell.
