Mr. Lawrence is a retired partner who focused his practice on government and construction contracts. He represented companies against allegations of government contract fraud, and government contractors in suspension and debarment proceedings. He also was a visiting professor of law at Duke University School of Law; an assistant professor of law at the University of Illinois College of Law; he currently is an adjunct professor of law at the Washington & Lee University School of Law, and a faculty member at the National Judicial College. He also lectures and writes on procurement issues, and is the co-author of "Special Rules for Educational and Nonprofit Institutions."
