Mei-Wah Lee's practice focuses on complex litigation matters. Ms. Lee is involved in the firm's representation of the Federal Housing Finance Agency in litigation in state and federal courts.
As a law student at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, Ms. Lee helped secure an individual's release on parole through Berkeley's Post-Conviction Advocacy Project and worked on behalf of a client on death row as a member of the Death Penalty Clinic. Ms. Lee served as a Notes Editor for the California Law Review and as an Articles Editor for the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law. Prior to law school, Ms. Lee worked at a federal public defender's office and a constitutional law think tank.
