Mei-Wah Lee's practice focuses on complex litigation matters. Ms. Lee is involved in the firm's representation of the Federal Housing Finance Agency in litigation in state and federal courts, and represents life sciences clients in False Claims Act litigation matters.
As a law student at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, Ms. Lee helped secure an individual's release on parole through Berkeley's Post-Conviction Advocacy Project and worked on behalf of a client on death row as a member of the Death Penalty Clinic. Ms. Lee served as a Notes Editor for the California Law Review and as an Articles Editor for the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law. Prior to law school, Ms. Lee worked at a federal public defender's office and a constitutional law think tank.
