Nicole Leibow's practice focuses on complex commercial litigations and white collar investigations. Ms. Leibow's experience includes working on antitrust matters and multidistrict product liability litigation. She also works on anti-corruption matters, including serving as the lead associate on a matter presently under investigation by the Fraud Section of the Department of Justice, and assisting in the firm's defense of an individual in the FIFA investigation and prosecution pending in the Eastern District of New York.
Ms. Leibow maintains an active pro bono practice. Recent matters include a presentation to the Department of Justice on behalf of a South African NGO, as well as the representation of a federal civilian employee sexually assaulted by a high-ranking military colleague.
Ms. Leibow graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as an Executive Editor for the Journal of Law Reform. As a student attorney in the Michigan Innocence Clinic, she helped exonerate a client who was wrongfully convicted for murder and incarcerated for 25 years.
