Ken Letzler is a retired partner whose practice was concentrated in antitrust and trade regulation with an emphasis on issues confronting pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology as well as consumer product distribution. Mr. Letzler has been named as one of the country's leading antitrust lawyers by a number of independent publications. He was the firm's first General Counsel and before that served as chair of the Committee on Ethics and Practice.
