Jack Lipson has retired from the practice of law. He handled antitrust and commercial litigation, arbitration, and counseling. The subject matters covered involved a variety of industries including telecommunications, uranium trading, defense procurement, titanium, natural gas pipelines, pharmaceuticals, floral wire services, consumer products, lithium, and financial services. His antitrust and trade regulation experience includes the representation of plaintiffs and defendants in connection with Sherman Act and merger law matters. He also handled contract claims and class action product liability litigation.
Mr. Lipson served as Assistant Attorney General for the District of Columbia from 2004-2005. He also served as a visiting practitioner in Residence at Cornell Law School and served as a Trial Attorney with the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, Washington, DC.
