Will Madden is a member of the firm's White Collar Litigation practice group. His primary focus involves representing major pharmaceutical manufacturers in qui tam False Claims Act litigation involving allegations of healthcare fraud, including off-label promotion, anti-kickback statute violations and other issues related to sales and marketing practices. He also has experience representing government contractors in civil False Claims Act investigations.
Mr. Madden’s pro bono experience includes advocacy for low-income deaf clients in Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) litigation against local government entities and representing indigent clients in federal criminal cases.
