Francesco Mangini focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. Francesco has experience filing and prosecuting patent applications in multiple technologies, including semiconductors, software, wearables, mechanical devices, liquid crystal devices, aerospace components, and consumer products. Prior to his legal career, Francesco was a development engineer working on robotics, satellites, and microelectromechanical devices.

Francesco graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was a member on the University of San Francisco Law Review, a member of the McAuliffe Honor Society, and a representative for the Pilipino American Law Society. Francesco earned his B.S. in Physics from Saint Mary’s College.
