Kathleen McCarte's work focuses on commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, she interned in the Civil Division of the US Department of Justice. Ms. McCarte received her law degree magna cum laude from Tulane Law School. While in law school, she prosecuted patents for New Orleans-area pro bono clients in Tulane's USPTO-certified patent lab. She was also a coach of the John R. Brown Admiralty Appellate Moot Court team and the Research and Managing Editor of the Tulane Law Review.
