Justin McCarthy's practice focuses on complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
Mr. McCarthy graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2017. While in law school, Mr. McCarthy volunteered at the East Bay Community Law Center, assisting low-income clients with lawsuits relating to credit cards and other consumer debt. He also completed an externship with the Consumer Law Section of the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, where he worked to enforce state consumer protection laws that prohibit false advertising and unfair, fraudulent, and unlawful business practices.
