Brady McFalls is a Staff Attorney in the Litigation practice group. His practice focuses on the discovery aspects of regulatory proceedings and complex litigation in federal and state courts, including representing clients from the banking and financial services, energy, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals industries in antitrust matters, government investigations and complex civil litigation. Mr. McFalls has developed significant experience in all phases of discovery including managing large-scale document reviews and production, formulating discovery strategy, coordinating discovery in nationwide litigation and defending privileged documents in challenges in state and federal courts and motions practice.
