Megan Melbourne focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities transactions, and general corporate matters. She has advised public and private clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border matters, including acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and corporate governance. She also has experience representing investment managers with respect to the formation of private investment funds and in the negotiation of non-disclosure agreements.
During law school, she clerked in the Office of Chief Counsel of the Pipelines and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration at the United States Department of Transportation.
