Jeffrey practices in all areas of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency-related matters. He has worked on high-profile restructurings, including Cineworld and Hertz.

While in law school, Jeffrey participated in the United States Securities Exchange Commission's Student Honors Program in Chicago and worked in the Financial Planning & Analysis department of a Fortune 100 company. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Consultant at an economic consulting firm where he helped clients on a range of matters involving bankruptcy, products liability, and antitrust issues.
