Haley Meyers assists clients with achieving their legislative and regulatory goals through meaningful and strategic engagement with the Executive Branch and Legislative Branch. As a policy specialist, Ms. Meyers represents a wide range of clients, including providers, health systems, drug and device manufacturers, and research institutions, on matters related to health information technology, the Children's Health Insurance Program, Medicaid, Medicare coverage and reimbursement, health care reform, appropriations, and issues involving access to innovative medical diagnostics and treatments. Ms. Meyers' portfolio also includes technology and tax policy.
Ms. Meyers assists clients by researching and analyzing legislation and regulations, developing advocacy materials, facilitating meetings with Members of Congress and Administration officials, and coordinating Capitol Hill advocacy days.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Meyers interned for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and House Leadership. She also served as an intern at the Department of Justice's Consumer Protection Branch, focusing on Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act enforcement. After graduating summa cum laude from The George Washington University with a BA in Economics, Ms. Meyers worked on federal- and state-level healthcare reform matters at the Harvard Law School Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation, providing pro bono representation to a variety of clients including associations, nonprofit institutions, coalitions, and state governments.
