Bruce Montgomery has retired from the practice of law. He previously focused his practice on antitrust and trade regulation law and complex litigation. He tried private antitrust cases before juries and judges, has taken and defended hundreds of depositions and has argued numerous motions in federal trial courts and appeals in federal courts of appeals and in Federal Trade Commission proceedings. He has often been responsible for the development of economic testimony by expert witnesses and for the examination of opposing expert witnesses. Prior to joining the firm, he was a trial attorney with the Department of Justice. He is active in pro bono work and served as the firm's first pro bono partner.
