Vesselina Musick's experience spans the entire range of antitrust practice. She represents clients before federal and state competition authorities in connection with merger review or anti-competitive practices investigations. She has been a member of defense teams in complex antitrust and unfair competition litigation. She also advises clients about the antitrust implications of competitor collaboration, pricing policies, service contract terms, and trade association initiatives. Ms. Musick has experience in a diverse set of industries including aerospace, air transportation, waste disposal and management services, express package delivery services, machine tool manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, and milk marketing.
As a law student, Ms. Musick completed internships at the Federal Trade Commission Office of Policy Planning, at the Securities and Exchange Commission Office of International Affairs, and in the chambers of the Honorable Leslie M. Alden at the Fairfax County Circuit Court. Before attending law school, Ms. Musick worked as an economist at The World Bank.
