Erin Soyoung Park focuses her practice on intellectual property and commercial transactions related to technology. She assists attorneys in representing US and foreign clients on a variety of matters, including the development and commercialization of new products and technologies, technology and services procurement, data protection, licensing, philanthropic collaborations, and other complex transactions.
Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Ms. Park was an associate at a Korean law firm focused on litigation and transactions involving intellectual property, unfair competition, licensing, and other commercial agreements.
Ms. Park graduated with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she served as an International Associate Editor for the Journal of International Law. She received both her BA in international studies and JD, with honors, and a specialty in international trade law from Korea University, where she served as the Vice President of the Mediation Clinic in the Clinical Legal Education Center.
Ms. Park is licensed to practice in the State of New York and the Republic of Korea.
