Erin Soyoung Park, CIPP/US, focuses her practice on technology transactions, intellectual property, and data protection and privacy matters. Ms. Park is active in the firm's pro bono activities, and is a member of Arnold & Porter's ACCORD group.
Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Ms. Park was an associate at a Chambers-ranked law firm in Seoul.
Ms. Park graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, with distinction, where she served as an International Associate Editor for the Journal of International Law, and LLM representative for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She received her JD, with distinction, from Korea University, where she served as the Vice President of the Mediation Clinic in the Clinical Legal Education Center.
Ms. Park is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Republic of Korea.
