Katheryn Pereyra-Caldwell represents lenders, including investment banks, institutional lenders, non-bank lenders, equity funds, and securitized CMBS lenders in the origination and restructuring of commercial real estate mortgage and mezzanine loans, for the acquisition and refinancing of properties throughout the United States. Additionally, Ms. Pereyra-Caldwell's practice includes work on commercial mortgaged backed securitizations and loan portfolio transactions.

Ms. Pereyra-Caldwell was a Comments Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.
