Elizabeth Porfido is currently on a leave of absence from the firm on a secondment.
Elizabeth Porfido assists clients in complex civil antitrust litigation, government review of mergers and acquisitions, filing obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and counseling clients in relation to antitrust issues.
Ms. Porfido graduated from Brooklyn Law School magna cum laude in 2021. During law school, Ms. Porfido served as a legal intern at the Housing Conservation Coordinators, an IP & Data Privacy legal intern for a luxury goods company, and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kiyo Matsumoto in the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Porfido also served as an executive articles editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law.
