Mary Raibman counsels clients with respect to regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters.

Ms. Raibman represents her communications clients in various forums, including before the FCC. She counsels her clients regarding cutting-edge developments in interconnection, mobile services, spectrum, MVPD, and Open Internet issues. Her experience includes assisting clients in obtaining the consent of the FCC, the DOJ, and state regulatory agencies for transfers of control in communications-related industries. Ms. Raibman also advises her clients regarding compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations, and has experience with FCC license applications and equipment authorizations.

Ms. Raibman represents her litigation clients in multi-district civil litigation and in responding to investigations instituted by the DOJ and state attorneys general. She counsels clients on litigation risks and has experience coordinating electronic discovery across multiple jurisdictions.

Ms. Raibman maintains an active pro bono practice, building upon her work as the Arnold & Porter loaned associate to the Legal Aid Society of DC in 2001.
