Victoria Reines' practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, with a particular focus on patent litigation. Ms. Reines has represented clients in proceedings related to biologic drug products and medical devices. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in matters in district court, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the International Trade Commission.
