Sofia Skarlatos's practice focuses on general and commercial litigation. Ms. Skarlatos also maintains an active pro bono practice that includes representing low-income individuals in housing court.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Skarlatos served as a law clerk to the Honorable D. Michael Fisher of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Ms. Skarlatos graduated from Brooklyn Law School where she served as an Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Law Review. Additionally, Ms. Skarlatos served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt of the United State District Court for the Eastern District of New York, as an intern for the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, and as an intern for the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
