Mark Sokolow advises financial services clients on a wide range of regulatory, corporate and securities issues, including general securities law compliance.
Mr. Sokolow represents registered clearing agencies and their affiliates in connection with their regulatory and corporate matters. He also has extensive experience representing banks and thrifts and their holding companies on regulatory, corporate and securities matters. In addition, Mr. Sokolow has served as corporate and regulatory counsel on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and public and private offerings of equity, debt and hybrid securities both as issuer's counsel and underwriter's counsel.
Mr. Sokolow graduated cum laude from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Cardozo Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva College.
