Sam Sokolsky's practice focuses on a range of commercial, intellectual property, and appellate litigation matters, in both federal and state court. He is also active in the firm's pro bono practice, focusing on immigrants' rights issues.
Sam graduated from University of California, Berkeley School of Law. During law school, he served as an editor for the Ecology Law Quarterly and worked as a clinical law student at the East Bay Community Law Center. He also received the 2022 Pro Bono Champion Award, given to the graduating student who "best exemplifies a commitment to and the values of pro bono work."
