Monica Stanislawczyk focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes and product liability matters in both state and federal courts.

During law school, Ms. Stanislawczyk served as an Articles Editor for Rutgers University Law Review and Moot Court Board member where she was a finalist in the David Cohn Appellate Advocacy Competition. She also served as a teaching fellow for torts. Ms. Stanislawczyk interned for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation.

Prior to law school, Ms. Stanislawczyk interned for Passaic County Superior Court of New Jersey in the civil and criminal divisions. Ms. Stanislawczyk was an undergraduate winner at the Montclair State University Annual Student Research Symposium for her interdisciplinary thesis.
