Julia Swafford's practice encompasses a wide range of government contracts matters. She assists those in the aerospace, defense, and national security sectors on a variety of matters including regulatory compliance, contract disputes, and bid protests both at the Government Accountability Office and United States Court of Federal Claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Julia clerked for the Honorable Zachary N. Somers of the United States Court of Federal Claims. She received her law degree from the George Washington University Law School in 2021. During law school, she served as a law clerk for the United States Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, where she gained experience in congressional oversight and investigations.
