Andrew Tepper's practice focuses on representing financial institutions, corporate borrowers, and private equity sponsors in a variety of structured and leveraged finance transactions, including commercial mortgage loan repurchase facilities, trade and supply chain financings, and acquisition financings. Mr. Tepper has experience advising financial institutions and their holding companies on a range of corporate and regulatory matters.

Mr. Tepper received his JD from New York University School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor of the N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
