Jordan Thompson focuses on corporate and technology transactions, including deals involving emerging growth companies, venture capital and private equity financings, and M&A. His experience also includes assisting with the commercialization of intellectual property and technology involving licensing agreements, master services agreements, supply agreements, and strategic alliances. Mr. Thompson advises clients in a range of industries, including financial services, consumer products, information technology and life sciences.

While attending law school, Mr. Thompson worked at a Bay Area venture capital fund analyzing the business models of early-stage technology companies. Mr. Thompson also served as a founding staff member of the Georgetown Law Technology Review and was the Sponsorships Chair for the Law chapter of the Georgetown Entertainment and Media Alliance (GEMALaw).
