Zoe Walkinshaw advises clients on non-contentious intellectual property matters. Her experience includes advising on brand protection and transactions involving intellectual property assets. Ms. Walkinshaw also advises clients on a range of data protection matters and has assisted with data processing arrangements, international data transfers and issues relating to privacy policies, terms of use and apps. Ms. Walkinshaw acts for clients from a range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, media and technology.

Ms. Walkinshaw qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in March 2016.
