Meredith B. Walsh represents individuals and families in planning related to estate and gift taxes, family business succession, philanthropy, and the administration of estates and trusts. Ms. Walsh drafts complex estate planning documents and structures wealth transfer strategies for clients designed to preserve family wealth through the generations, protect assets from potential creditors, and achieve clients' non-tax objectives.
Ms. Walsh received her LLM from Temple University Beasley School of Law and was awarded the Faculty Award. She received her JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
