Melissa Wen's practice focuses on Intellectual Property law. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, including the areas of voting rights, prisoners' rights and immigration.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wen graduated from Harvard Law School, where she represented incarcerated clients as a member of the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project and served as an executive technical editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. She also worked at Dow Jones as a Media Law & First Amendment intern.
