Dan Wilson's practice focuses on international trade remedies and customs law. He has experience representing a broad range of clients in administrative proceedings before the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission, and in subsequent appeals to the US Court of International Trade, US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and NAFTA binational panels.
Mr. Wilson received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief for the Hastings International & Comparative Law Review.
