Daniella Wittenberg focuses on estate and trust litigation, estate and trust planning, and probate and administration of estates and trusts. Ms. Wittenberg has counseled clients on a variety of estate and trust litigation matters, including will contests, construction proceedings, contested accountings and trust decantings. Her trial experience includes drafting pre-trial motions, preparing for and attending depositions, conducting extensive legal and factual research in a variety of estate and trust litigation matters and advocating in court. She has also counseled clients on a broad range of estate planning issues related to wills and trusts.
In her pro bono practice, Ms. Wittenberg has counseled nonprofit organizations on general corporate matters and on obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status.
