Andrew Wu focuses his practice on sophisticated real estate transactions, including all facets of commercial real estate matters with a focus on equity-side transactions, including buy-sell transactions and joint ventures. He handles negotiation and execution of transactions for owners, operators and managers of office, hotel, multi-family, and industrial properties.

Mr. Wu formerly served as deputy general counsel of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, a joint New York State/City corporation tasked with revitalizing lower Manhattan after September 11. In that role, he was responsible for the corporation's day-to-day legal affairs, including corporate governance, constituent matters, legal and regulatory compliance matters, procurement and contracts. He was also involved in the implementation of numerous redevelopment and quality-of-life initiatives, most notably the World Trade Center Memorial.

At a prior firm, Mr. Wu advised multinational corporations as well as distinguished individuals in complex deal structuring, negotiation and execution of business combination transactions.
