Elisa Zheng's practice focuses on representing financial institutions, corporate borrowers, and private equity sponsors in a variety of structured and leveraged finance transactions and debt capital markets. She has assisted with the representation of arrangers of "CLO 2.0" transactions, which has involved the implementation of structures that are intended to comply with the new risk retention rules.

Ms. Zheng received her Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an Editor of the Columbia Journal of Asian Law.
